      image Callie (I believe is her name) is rude! Called inquiring about switching to Verizon and I believe we were both missing what the other was saying. When I went to end the conversation I genuinely thanked her for the help and she hung up on me. I called back telling her shes not helping herself by treating others badly and she raised her voice saying that I was sarcastic when genuinely thankful for the information. I told her I would be coming to that store and I wont recommend anyone else to either. The store manager needs to do some educating these young people how to speak to adult customers. So my advice would be go to Conway, you wont be treated terribly there.
