Bad landlords they do not want to fix anything

There is absolutely no way I can recommend Yarbrough realty. They don't return phone calls and they don't properly manage properties they're in charge of. As a renter in a property they "manage", I've been inconvenienced and looked over to the point of neglect. The grass is shin high and I called them over a week ago to resolve this. They answered and said they'd get on it. I've yet to hear back and my grass is still high. It's also incredibly inconvenient to pay them the rent they're in charge of. You'll have to take deposit slips they (eventually) provide you with and drive to a specific bank to pay them every month. There are NO alternate payment options. It feels like they consider this more of a hobby than a business.  Worst real estate/property management company I've ever had to deal with. Avoid them!
