He's a Scam Artist, that takes family's money and shows nothing in return! He deserves NO STARS! I never did receive the Photos, that I paid for, however digital copies were sent but when printed they were ALL BLURRY! When called about said photos, an additional $20 was asked for, for a CD to be sent to me, taking my total to close to $100. MULTIPLE CALLS WERE MADE & CALLS WERE NEVER RETURNED! I NEVER did get one at all or the rest of my photos, that were promised to me over the phone. This guy was So RUDE to Me! He has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! HIS ATTITUDE was terrible towards me!! I will NOT Be participating in ANY individual pics with him ever AGAIN!

Special Moments was hired through the boys and girls club, and I ordered pictures last August and still have not received my pictures. I have been in communication with them often over the last 10 months and they keep telling me that theyre going to send them, but have never received them. I have asked for a tracking number and they ignore my messages. We called again last week and were told that its not worth their time, but theyd mail it again. Here we are 10 days later and no pictures have arrived, no tracking number provided. Lesson learned. Hopefully no one else will trust this company with your loved ones special moments. Sometimes all we have are pictures to remember our loved ones and those are important.

Harold & Janie did such an amazing job on all of our photos! I booked them and immediately needed to cancel; they were wonderful about the whole thing and when I called back 6 months later with a reschedule date they got us on the books no problem. I was a covid bride which made me anxious because nothing was for sure, but they always showed up and always pulled through for us. They did our engagement photos, fall photos, and wedding photos and they made it so easy to be comfortable with them and in front of the camera; we loved every single image. I can't say enough good things about them or their work (see for yourself below) They're so fun to be around and talk to. They also got all our images back to us in no time! We will absolutely book with them for more special moments in our lives
