        Oh man, my tablet quit functioning after I shut it down and plugged it in to recharge. I was really involved with an art project when this occurred. No worries, I needed a break and after an episode or two of Better Call Saul, I would be back in business. Nope, not the case. I did everything I knew to try, including attempting multiple fixes I found when researching the issue. We live in a fairly remote area more than an hour from anyone who works on IPads, so the next morning I began calling around. I called we fix it and had a conversation with Nicholas ( the manager). He was exceptionally helpful. From my description of the tablets issue, Nicholas diagnosed the problem and gave me the proper solution. The IOS software was hung up and the system needed rebooted. In closing, lets face it folks, many questionable repairmen could have taken advantage of this opportunity. I was so grateful, I offered to pay for his time he spent with me. He declined and told me he was glad to help and to call or stop by with any future issues. Nicholas just secured a future customer for dang sure! Thanks so much. Fair warning WeFixIt big wigs, if I ever start an IT repair company, Im poaching your manager!
