Horrible customer service rude and abrasive. Sent PDF F back for second time in 6 months for a broken trigger. Nothing for weeks no communication at all. Ive called three times always act like its no problem. In recent call they indicated they have to replace. Said they sent email, they did not. Called back three days later said replacement was on order. Customer service rep actually said it would take 2 Weeks to 12 months? Seriously, Walther is a total joke. I am a Walther guy this is my 3rd pistol, never again. Do business with someone else not Walther

Absolutely horrible rude disrespectful customer service rep I have ever dealt with. Called regarding an issue and the guy wouldnt hear me out.

These guys are pretty well known to be difficult and rude. They make the Walther brand look terrible. I called one time to verify if my paperwork for the free optic went through, because I received no confirmation, and the guy chuckled at me like I was wasting his time. I kept polite and professional and said thank you. Sometimes thats what you have to do to rude people.

Walther and their subsidiaries (Hammerli) have phenomenal customer service. They seriously set the benchmark in terms of post-purchase service. I don't know why I've been so unlucky that I've had to contact multiple gun manufacturers from guns that I own, but I can tell you that Walther's service really stands out above the rest. You can rest assured and buy with confidence with any of their firearms, they will take care of you should you have any issues.
