        We had scheduled a weekend get away about 4 hours from where we live. I had made reservations a month prior for a specific room. When we got there they did not have our reservation so we spent our evening looking for lodging. What makes this even worse was they lost our reservation for a previous stay. Needless to say, we won't ever stay there again.
