        Raquel did an amazing job on my hair. She gave me exactly what I asked for! She definitely cares more about your hair health than the dollar. Very sweet and fun to talk with. Found myself a new stylist!!!

        Raquel did an amazing job getting my hair cut to where I wanted. Very few have been able to do it right like her. Also cleaned up my bushy brows really well. Personally think they should charge more. She went above and beyond.

        $220 for a color correction is outrageous and it didnt even get fixed! Very upset. Raquel kept complaining about how tired she was because this is her second job because she had been up since 4:00 because she works at Walmart and she bleached my eyebrow!!! Very unsatisfied and they will not fix it without charging me more money. They are trash.

        Candace is wonderful, the best wax ever, I swear she's magical. She can manage a full bikini wax without it hurting, which is just crazy. She really knows what she's doing. Great pricing and scheduling, clean facility, and just an all around excellent choice. Highly recommend!!

      We are sorry that you feel $220 for color correction on your waist length hair was too much. After reviewing your before and after pictures and the lengthy text where Raquel did offer to fix your first concerns and you rescheduling twice then setting a third appointment at which time you wanted her too address other issues of toner washout, which is normal for hair that has been put thu what your hair has been, which she did say she would only charge you for the additional product which is a normal practice. I feel that she has done what she could to make you happy. As for money we do not offer returns (as the work has already been done) we try to make it right.
