Honestly, I hate Verizon. My husband's phone broke and we pay monthly insurance on it. Wasn't too concerned at first, but it's been awful. When you file a claim through their Asurion insurance, you have three options: 1. Send your phone in to be repaired, you don't get a temp phone or anything, you're just without a phone. 2. Find a cell phone repair company associated with Asurion to fix it. There are none within a 30 mile radius of Fort Smith. 3. Pay a $99 deductible to have a phone "overnight shipped" directly to you. I didn't like any of our options but I opted for what I thought was the fastest and paid the $99 deductible (we pay $34 /month for this insurance) to have the new phone overnighted to us. Well, it's been 3 days and we still don't have his new phone. My husband has been without a phone for 3 days. He uses it for work and he hasn't been able to respond to any of his customers. I went in store and they basically told us we were SOL. Verizon is overpriced and have terrible customer service. Definitely switching as soon as we can.
