Comfort Suites

We recently stayed here for a family funeral and the night manager, Mary was the sweetest lady and so helpful! The hotel was clean and the cleaning ladies I encountered were also sweet and very kind to my little cousin who is 7 years old and just lost his mother. Im grateful for the staff during our stay!!

Comfy bed, hot shower and awesome Breakfast bar with choice expresso drinks, yummy Cappuccino, Clean suite and helpful staff.

This place is actually very nice with a great breakfast. HOWEVER, our neighbors were so loud (with a barking dog that they left alone at 11:00 at night and the dog screamed the whole time they were gone) that they woke us all up (2 children with us). I spoke to the front desk multiple times. They couldnt move us because the hotel was full. They talked to our neighbors who kept denying that they were the ones making noise (we could hear every word they said, slamming doors, whining dog). They finally got quiet about 12:25am. I thought they would sleep in since they kept us all up so late but they did not. At 7:00am it all started again. I am not necessarily blaming the hotel but we paid for a room to sleep on a very long drive home and we barely got any sleep. These people should have been asked to leave or we should have received a refund, or at the very least, a discount. I hope the neighborsenjoyed my Nirvana music this morning after they woke us all up (again, we have 2 children)! I also hope the neighbors see this and learn some courtesy and respect towards others.
