        My wife and I had an excellent experience! We were greeted by a very kind receptionist. When our turn came to work with our tax preparer we were offered drinks and snacks while she worked. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes! We would definitely recommend Liberty Tax to all our friends and family.

        We were really nervous about getting our taxes done this year, husband tried to do them with Tax Slayer and they said we owed, a lot. So we decided to use Liberty in Fayetteville, used them several years ago and they were friendly and helpful, etc. Made an appointment with Samantha and we got right in (even though we waited until 4/9!). We told her our sad story about owing and some of the "complications" to our filing, she quickly put in our info, and told us not only did we not owe, we were getting a NICE refund! Yay! She and the other lady in the office were both very friendly and helpful, chatted with us (calming) and took the stress out of the trip. We definitely recommend Liberty and Samantha and will go back next year!
