      image The employee working this evening saw me walking to the door to drop off a package, it was 1-2 mins before 5pm. She locked the door in front of me, refused to let me in, and then was unfriendly and unapologetic after another employee let me in. Do better, UPS.

      image I've stopped by two mornings in a row to pick up my package before work and both times the staff has showed up late opening the store and it took him 50 minutes to find it because they didn't understand how long 3 feet was.
