        Scallops only had a light sear on 1/3 of the surface but not overcooked; not the best especially for price ($31 before tax for 3) but still good. The reason for the review is the dry aged steak. Im flabbergasted EK is serving the bark that should be cut off after the dry aging process to customers and acting like thats what dry aged steak is. If you have to engage your entire core to cut thru your steak with a steak knife, something is wrong. There was maybe 6 out of 16 oz that were edible. The audacity to try to convince customers theyre just not sophisticated enough to enjoy dehydrated flesh masquerading as dry aged steak.
