Every place probably deserves a second chance. We had an extremely poor experience, I'm not going to try to insinuate that it was par for the course. The manager did what she could to try to make it right. However. We got there at 6:30pm. It took roughly 10 minutes to have our drink order taken. We ordered 2 pizzas (one was a kids cheese) and water. We didn't get our food until 7:55pm. We were repeatedly told that they were going to take care of us and provide a free appetizers, which was provided.... at the same time as the food we ordered. It's pretty much unacceptable and I wish we would've just left after the first foodless hour passed. Also, the jalapeos were cut about 2 inches thick as a topping. We are thankful for the free items we received as compensation, but it wasn't stuff we wanted in the first place, and doesn't change the fact that we spent 5 minutes eating and 1.5 hours waiting, and watching other tables come and go.

Been there 3 times. We got the regular pizza, not the Chicago style. Best pizza I've had in a long time. Servers were friendly & helpful. Food came out sooner than we expected.
