Horrendous, unprofessional, and flat out disrespectful employees. I was at the express store in nwa mall on Labor Day 9/4 in the afternoon trying to return a tshirt that I bought less than two weeks ago with original receipt and original tag. The sales manager and her employee didnt accept the return claiming i have worn the shirt. I told her that yes I have worn the shirt and it was not a good fit and Im trying to return it since Im still under 60 days and I have original receipt. She started misleading me saying its in the policy even to not return worn items though I looked it up and there was nothing about a worn item return policy. I have worn the tshirt once and the disrespectful sales manager said they will take it back if only if I go wash the shirt and bring it back. What a respectable and reputable clothing company says that to a customer? Ive worn the tshirt once, it was not damaged!! They didnt accept the return until I called the customer service number and made a complaint and went back with a reference number and told her that customer service told me I was in full right to return the item. Both of the employees were rude, grabbing the tshirt and throwing it to the side and ended up processing the return. At the end I asked the sales manager for her name and she rudely told me I dont need to know her name and asked me to leave now. Both of the employees started telling me to leave now repeatedly. I have never encountered more unprofessional staff of a clothing company before, lack of professionalism and training is apparent and anyone should avoid this store at all cost. My original receipt had over $200 worth of items but the employees behavior and lack of professionalism will make me doubt going there again.
