So tasty! Ordered Thai tea, taro smoothie, taiyaki, and passion fruit ribbon ice. It was very busy and the team was moving as efficiently as possible for all of the orders. The girl ringing up orders was still making sure to offer the options to customers. We'll definitely be back to try some more!

Customer service could be improved. As someone who's been a Bobos regular since their days on Weddington Dr., it's a bit disheartening to have to share this experience. I recently swung by for some drinks and teriyaki before picking up my niece from school. When I called ahead, they mentioned they only accept pre-orders for 6 items, yet I only needed 5. I tried explaining my situation, mentioning that popping in to order would make me late for picking up my niece. I even offered to pay in advance to smooth things over. Unfortunately, after being on hold for 5 minutes, I had to hang up. Despite a few more attempts to reach them, I couldnt get through. I believe that there may have been a miscommunication or oversight, and I sincerely hope that my feedback can contribute to improving the customer service experience at Bobo's.
