Hi Michael! It was nice to speak to you today. You all have been notified of an outstanding bill/balance since 4/2021. You all have not contacted our office about anything related to your balance or the claim since 9/2021 when I happily emailed you the Explanation of Benefits so that you could see how the insurance processed the claim. I did advise that if you had a question on the processing of the claim you would need to reach out to your insurance. There has been no communication from you all since then. I was terribly sorry to hear today that you had lost your job since our last conversation. You admitted knowing about this bill and had placed it on the "back burner" as other things were priority for you all. You advised finances have improved and you would like to work to remedy your outstanding debits with us and others. When you asked for me to reduce your bill I advised that since the account was in collections you would need to speak with the collection company. Again, we have held this debit for almost 3 years. As you are aware, you did not pay $500 upfront. You did not even pay half of $500.00 upfront. The cost for the evaluation was not near or over $1,500.00. Again, I am happy you have found employment again and things are looking better for you all financially. Best regards, Kim
