I love this clinic. Very attentive and everyone is very polite. I always feel listened to and the professionals take care of my needs I clouding investigating issues. I like that their skills are focused on over 70!

We really like Dr. Shinn. The office staff is very friendly. Any time my FIL has been sick or had to visit the er, the sr clinic calls us in the next days. They check in to see if he is feeling better. I have recommended them to several people.

Called to make an appointment for myself and husband with our PCP, Dr. Shinn, for our annual wellness checkup. Was scheduled with another provider within the group at Senior Health Clinic...as had been done with us several times before. Previously, we have been charged our co-pay of $5.00 for the visit as this was supposed to have been from our PCP, Dr. Shinn. This time, on November 4, 2021, the senior clinic billed the checkup for each of us as a $45.00 co-pay for a "specialist" visit instead due to the fact another provider gave us service in place of Dr. Shinn. We did not ask to have the other provider instead of Dr. Shinn. Why change providers, within same network, and charge $90.00 in place of $10 without informing us of this policy??

Still Not seeing patients after all staff and patients have received covit shot is gross medical neglect. Lots of doctors visits else where this past year and always felt safe! Finding doctor who cares enough to see patients face to face!

Called for an appointment in August for my mother visiting me from India. The operator tells me they are booked until February. Cant believe they have no time to see her till then. Broken medical system of America!!! Why would a clinic have just two docs! All they want us to do is visit ER, I suppose that pays more.
