My mower has gone through three drive belts so far this year alone. I have replaced spindles, pulleys blades all the moving parts underneath the deck of this mower and the problem still keeps occurring. I decided to take the belt to straits lawn and garden to see if they could give me some advice The old woman working behind the counter, was the most rude person Ive ever met in my life. I simply wanted to talk with one of the repair technicians to see if they could recommend what I might try next. The old woman rudely said Well you cant talk to any of out techs.so I left. I went to affordable small engine repair, and within three minutes time they were able to troubleshoot without seeing the mower and recommend to me what the cause of it was. If I ever have a need for a lawnmower, repair or need to buy a lawnmower parts again, I can promise you I will not be going to straits, and I will only be going to affordable small engine repair. They are very knowledgeable and courteous and helpful. Do not hesitate to give them your business.
