        Went in because I have been getting the run about from progressive direct on getting my car fixed for about 5 months now. Ms. Sonya did wonders on helping me get ahold of someone to get my issue resolved.

She is responsive, easy to talk to and always has time to answer my questions and explain best possible options for insurance for me and my family. I would highly recommend Sonya and McKinney Insurance for Home & Auto Insurance, they are competitive on their rates and ensure they are doing everything they can to provide the best coverage at the best price, but she is also great at her job and dealing with her customers.
