My rental property had a water leak, Brad was in action within an hour, & had the mitigation company at the property the next morning. The property was put back together in less than 30 days. The mitigation company tried to bill me for a few thousand dollars that Brad had to fight over for weeks to get resolved. In the end, everything was fixed, I was only out of pocket my deductible. This agent definitely deserves 5 starts! Highly recommend.

I've been with Nationwide for awhile, auto and business, but Brad and Danielle really came through for us this week! Needed some quick additions to our business policies and they got it done before the end of today!
