Hampton Inn Fayetteville

The hotel is located on the "76" thoroughfare near numerous attractions. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are clean with a rustic flavor.

Good: Very spacious rooms (2 queens and pull out sofa), had a mini fridge, looked clean, nice breakfast area with variety of good choices for breakfast, amazing shower water pressure, hot water. Service desk was polite and friendly. Suggested improvements: The spacious room could accommodate a table and chairs for having breakfast/meal, or a gathering place. It would be a very nice addition to the room. Kitchenette area could be improved to be more welcoming - the stark white lighting yet dark room could be brighter yet warmer lighter, and the wall could have artwork or something to give it a little more warmth really felt like it was a hospital in that part of the room. Bad: no shower gel (seems to be a pattern here if you look at other guest reviews). The shower curtain is either up too high or it is cut too short because the curtain flies up above the top of the tub with the water turned on from the shower head. The shower head type of water coming out was broken and I couldnt adjust the water type coming out. The fitness center (see pic) was only a few medicine balls and a yoga ball. Docking one star for a very pitiful fitness room.
