Was the best T-Bell in NWA. They stopped allowing delivery through the mobile app and Uber Eats so I had to lower the stars. Service is always quick, even when they are backed up. The food always has exactly the right amount of ingredients. I also haven't had food poisoning from them, which I can't say about the other NWA locations.

Went through the drive thru. We ordered 2 steak power bowls. We repeated the order multiple times to make sure it was right and it appeared to be correct on the screen. When we got home our bowls were completely wrong. One of them was missing tomatoes and beans and the guac was super dark. The other one was missing tomatoes, beans and cheese. We tried calling like 5 times and nobody seems to care to answer the phone. There is always issues with the food and customer service is not the greatest. Def not coming back again and I suggest people doing the same thing!!!

We just got back from here and the short gal in the kitchen had Such great costumer service skills! I just had to leave a review. There was a situation with the chalupas but she like sprang into action and fixed it, and she was so nice and happy to help us, so yea, you don't see that level of costumer services skills as much these days, plus she made the most delicious chalupas ever. so the husband and I wanted to come on here and say Thank you! Also the young man that took our order was also awesome! Thanks yous guys.

Seriously wheres the QC guy some of the sloppiest inconsistent food Ive ever had im a fan of Taco Bell but just had some food drenched in sauce to the point where I couldnt eat it More
