I've been with Uark FCU for 11 years and they're always my first choice for auto, personal, and mortgage loans. Their rates consistently beat the competitors and the customer service is top notch. Serena, the mortgage loan officer, went above & beyond and was super helpful during the mortgage underwriting process. I won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Avoid this institution. Used them to get money into an escrow account and everything after that has just been awful. Fees are ridiculous, phone service is subpar, and they have limited locations.

Page and Betsy were the nicest tellers. It was always enjoyable to pull up and check on my money. I miss you guys.

Great in person customer service. Phone customer service is useless and is handled by a 3rd party company, secure chat in the app does not work, and its nearly impossible to get ahold of a actual employee at the branch when calling. The app requires secure email verification, but never sends the verification email. The seasonal promo emails come through fine but when the verification is needed it is never sent. I have given this bank a 2 year chance being local, but will be switching back to Simmons.

Worst customer service and the most inconvenient services ever. Impossible to speak to someone. Impossible to reset password. Every month there is another issue with them.
