        The servers did not understand that you needed to slice a bagel before the toasting the bagel. Beer was great, but coffee and tea was over priced.

        The mocha, hot chocolate, and bagels are all really good! Plenty of seating and service was great.

        Super lame to overnight bagels from 1000 miles away. Just bake them yourselves and help out the environment. Big L In response to the owner: just because you do not have a kitchen doesnt mean you have to overnight ship bagels from New York. There are several local bakeries that sell their baked goods (including bagels) to other coffee shops. This isnt a cowardly online comment, its just an observation that shipping items across the country daily is unnecessary and a tax on the environment. Im not sure you can deny that.

      Hi Kay! We actually heat the bagels according to the instructions given to us by the bakery we buy the bagels from, located in Queens NY. These are authentic NY bagels. Inflation has been very high over the last 18 months. If we could charge less we would but we have bills to pay and employees to support. Thanks again.

      I’m sure you feel like you are saving the environment with a cowardly online comment. However, we don’t have a kitchen so we can’t bake these, also New York bagels are unique in the world and we choose to provide a unique offering for our valued customers. All you have done is try to damage the reputation of a family business. A business that has a mother, father and two children behind it trying to make it in the competitive world of hospitality. I hope that if you ever decide to open business, people are kinder to you than you were to us.
