Simmons Bank

I came in to take care of an issue yesterday. I didnt want to because I was tired and did not feel like bringing in my baby, but I went against that voice in my head. I went into this branch with a smile (I think I was smiling), and I didnt have to say anything. They were very sweet, and two more ladies came to see my little one. They were able to keep him occupied and smiling, while Bodacious (thats her actual name!) helped me tackle my issue. I left with results that worked in my favor (I wasnt expecting those), my baby was happy, and I felt seen. I have been banking with Simmons for 17 years now, and could not imagine going to bigger bank where I would only be seen as a number. Heres to 17 more years.

Used to enjoy how quick and hassle free this location was, with the new hires it's a complete waste of everyone's time. Basically go to any other location

I've had an account with this bank since it was named Worthen in 1989. I've been coming to the same branch for the past 8 years. They call me by name when I come in through the door. Today I needed to break a 10 into 2 5s. They needed my ID, ATM card, and 5 minutes to do so. Can't get away from this bank fast enough.

From day one when I started banking there there has been wonderful to me and always very helpful , I would recommend Simmons bank to anyone who is interested in banking.
