        Insane interest rates and tellers that dont know what they are talking about. Will be looking for another bank to pick up my auto loan

        Drive-thru, tried to cash a check, the teller said she doesn't cash checks of that amount would have to go into the lobby. Lobby was not open for another hour. Drove to another Arvest location...cashed the same check in their drive thru. Inconsistent. Tried to get ahold of a person both onsite and on the phone for three weeks to close an IRA. Get the run around every time. Cannot complete my business needs.
