        I previously had a very negative experience with past ownership due to the condition of the apartment, rent increase, & pest issue but can tell this new company is really making the efforts to improve quality of living at the Avenue. They do routine pest control & maintenance & are very good about notifying tenants when there will be an outage of some sort. Manager Alicia is very understanding & will work with you where needed. I recommended reading through your lease throughly and touring the apartment prior to renting to ensure everything is as needed/expected.
