My husband and I had the pleasure of stopping in at Anglers restaurant. Kelly was our waitress and provided superb service. We started with the crab cakes with boom boom sauce. The crust was perfectly crispy without being greasy and the boom boom sauce had perfectly balanced flavors to compliment the creamy crab cake. I ordered the the 3pc catfish with coleslaw and green tomatoes. Coleslaw was crisp and flavorful, very fresh. The green tomatoes were out of this world. Catfish was not overly fishy, perfectly crisp without being greasy. My husband ordered the chicken fried steak with potato salad and beer battered onions rings. The potato salad was one of the best we have ever had. The onion rings were flavorful and crispy. The chicken fried steak was well seasoned with generous portion sizes. The patio has a wonderful atmosphere with sun and shade! I highly recommend Anglers. We will be back very soon!

The staff there were super friendly and accommodating, even though we arrived near closing time. The atmosphere was laid back and comfortable, yet still professional. It was like even though the staff were there, doing their jobs, it still felt as though you were amongst friends. Amazing. The food portions were hearty; I doubt ANYONE has ever left there hungry. Seriously, amazing place, awesome staff, and delicious food. Will definitely be recommending and visiting this gem, in the future. Thank you Angler's Restaurant!!! You just earned yourselves another repeat customer!
Kid-friendliness: Definitely a kid friendly restaurant. The little boy at the table next to us had a crowd of servers gathered around as he told them all of his recent adventures. They were enthralled, leaving him full of pride with a big smile on his face.
