        The view from this place is Fab" the location is perfect ! We love this place !! Nearby activities: The bars & restaurants right down the stairs ! How convenient !! Safety: Safe & sound slept like a Queen ! Walkability: Easy peasy walks Food & drinks: The Basin Hotel right across the street !!

        We had the pleasure of staying in the Grandview Suite this weekend during the annual Zombie Crawl. What a great spot! Great room(s), great staff, great price & THE BEST LOCATION in downtown Eureka Springs. The suite came well adorned with a massive king size bed, a den with a pullout couch and a private bathroom in addition to the in-room jetted tub. Oh and you get a private parking spot in downtown, which is worth its weight in gold. Two thumbs way up!

        Great location. Cleanest room we have been in in Eureka. Only complaint was they need to have curtains over the windows and both outside doors. Very bright, better bring a sleep mask.
