        The Eureka Charcuterie is a pleasant surprise. It's a wonderful little shop that sells gourmet cheeses and handmade salamis.Scott, the owner, is a delite. He surprised us with samples. Every thing was delicious and he was very annimated in describing the cheeses and how he makes the salami. We didn't even know there could be so many choices in salami.We will be back!!
