They're quick to help and only sell you what's needed. Our Honda acted like it needed an alternator but it was just the battery. Sim's has been there for my family for many years. No job is too small for them.

Terrible. Someone needed a vehicle towed from our yard on Mothers Day weekend. Their truck busted a hydrologic line and it spewed fluid all in our yard causing our grass to die. Our whole yard was green expect that spot. We asked for grass seed to be sent out or for them to fix it. I called again about two weeks ago and the lady was rude, telling me they wouldnt send any unless they got a call out our way which is only in norphlet. We saw their truck out two days ago and we still havent got grass seed and its almost too cold for the grass to grow anyways.

Called them, told them exactly where I was, and they left me sitting there for 30 minutes. I called them back and the lady was so rude to me. She said I didnt tell them where I was so she thought I didnt want the tow, even though I agreed to the price. Very unprofessional staff and clearly unorganized. Dont call these people if you need tow it may never come.
