Never available, rude staff, have tried several times to give Dr. Smith and his people a try because they were recommended to me, but I would recommend others to save their time and money for a business that actually cares about the people they help, than the money they have.

My husband and I went in for X-rays, evaluation & to set up treatment plan.This was before noon. When he came in to see me after seeing my husband..he was very nonchalant. Giggling & actually laughed out loud in my face while checking in my mouth.I understand that is not his personality. I knew at that point I would not be going back. I stopped at front desk and was told my husband needed a root canal ( on a decayed wisdom tooth !)She was going to call me with my treatment plan.. I called 2 weeks later out of curiosity & ask if she had a treatment plan together. The receptionist informed me that he didnt find anything wrong with me. (I actually needed an abundance of work.) The reason we went to him was I had heard he had his own laboratory, making crowns ect. I needed several & my husband needed one. When he spoke to me ,between giggles he said I needed two root canals, on cosmetically crowned front teeth, he could see shadows above them on X-rays.I ask about all the other work that I obviously needed. well I can crown this one & build up this one. That was it. I went to my dentist a month later,when they could get to me. I needed two root canals, two has to have oral surgery, six cavities & one crown. Im older & teeth going bad. The receptionist hung up on me the day I told her that he certainly had found things that needed work & that we would not be coming back because something was very wrong in that office.Then she called to remind me of a cleaning appointment for my husband ( three months later ) I said, I told you we would not be back in that office. She hung up. I would not feel safe going there after what I witnessed.

I am so very disappointed. I was in a coma for 3 1/2 months due to Covid so Im no longer a patient of his because I missed appointments. Not to mention his Secretary is always so rude. (RETIRE) already!! I didnt want to be a dental patient, I was only curious about Botox!! I spent a lot of money out of pocket due to no insurance for his services over the past 5 years. COVID hit and I only saw the dental hygienist one time .Supposedly Ive missed appointments that I have no idea about so they no longer allow their services to me. I even got him a discount on his Gutters and Gutter Helmets because I was the office manager of the company he purchased them from. Ive never in y life been treated like this. Justin was always so nice so Im just so confused .
