THESE PEOPLE ARE DISGUSTING & CONNIVING!!!!!! NEVER TRUST THEM!!!!!! My husbands boss used this shop for his own vehicle needs so it was a trusted shop. I just needed my transmission filter and fluid put it in. He quoted me $40 and I said what about $30 and he said $35. So I paid $35 for the man to do his job. As me and my 2 year old daughter were wait in their waiting room ( filled with motor oil all over the floor ) I would go outside to check up on vehicle because I got a really bad vibe about these guys when he said he would charge me tax if I needed a receipt. Every time I would walk outside he would move from my car and talk to his friends that would pull up ( not relating to business or future business at all ). When I went bad in to tell the white man he was taking up for his worker doing wrong. So as 2 1/2 hrs pass ( I was the only job they had at that time) he comes to tell me I have no transmission filter in my vehicle. So I leave and go back to Auto zone kinda upset to take back this filter they sold me that I didnt need. The Auto Zone people tell me theyre sure I have a filter and lucky for me the employee took the time out of his day to do something I didnt even ask him to do. He went to check my transmission fluid. The WHOLE HALF of the dip stick was filled with transmission fluid. So my husband goes with me back to the auto shop and we get our money back for our oil and the job. So we took our car elsewhere to get it fixed properly (that same day) and little did we know THEY DIDNT EVEN USE THE BRAND NEW 4 QUARTZ OF FULID I GAVE THEM!!!!!! THEY FILLED MY FULID WITH OLD BURN UP FLUID THAT HAD BEEN USED AND KEPT MY BOTTLE I BOUGHT TO GIVE TO THEM!!! Thats why they gave us our money back bc they knew they did my family so very wrong!!!!! I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy here!!!!
