    It should not take 30 minutes minimum on the phone to conduct a very very simple request, needs to stop having their phone support in a third world country where they barely speak english. Repetetive issues over the years from poor connections to not getting the speed I pay for delivered. Every single interaction I have ever had has been a headache. As soon as another provider is available I will be switching.

    Awful internet service, goes out every time it rains. Customer service is terrible, 9 to 5 Monday through Friday isn't really good for Customer service. They lie about 24/7 technical support, because they only take calls at the above mentioned times. Chats never work. I've tried all day today to chat with an agent about my internet going out on July 16 Saturday. No agents ever available. All day long. No agents available. Big fat whopper of a lie that chatting is always available. They're website is a joke. The only thing this company is any good at is collecting money for pathetic service, and lying to they're customers. It's currently Sunday July 17th still no internet and no help from centurylink. Tried all day yesterday and all day Sunday with that worthlessness they call a website, useless and unworkable. Either no agents to chat with or it bumps me off

    I might as well pile on. I have never in my life had such a horrible service experience.....and I've had some. They claim 99% plus coverage in Yell county. They don't say how well it works. I've had it now barely a week and it has been down way more than up. I noticed they haven't responded to this universally poor rating. Then they have the nerve to notify me of my bill. I went to their "support" page, left an email and then was notified their internal servers were down. Lol.. These people should be embarrassed to call themselves a company
