        I tried to rent a tow dolley. Luckily, I had a friend with me who knew what he was doing. He realized there was no converter plug which we were not notified of. She never would have told me and would have taken my money had he not been there. When we did ask her about she trued to tell me we would have to go down to the store and buy one, they were out.
