I had a hard time getting in touch with someone after our initial conversation. I needed a new trailer and even spoke to someone about exactly what I needed. I never heard back, I ended up buying elsewhere. Then a day later, C.A.T. finally reached out asking me to call them, but it was too late.

As a walk in I bought a trailer and left the lot with my new car hauler in under 40 minutes. I didn't have to haggle because I looked into the market. Their first price was their best price and it left their competitors in the dust. The owner is a man's man. Hard worker and strives above and beyond to exceed his customers expectations.

Excellent costumer service. I've been to 18 trailer sales lots. Mike adjusted his day to accommodate me the customer.... Went the extra mile and still gave a fair straight forward price that didn't change when I arrived. I look forward to making my next purchase with them again.
