My experience with Carole Delaney of CD Real Estate Group is five stars all the way!! I expressed what my desires were and she delivered!!! I now live in my dream home on my dream piece of property! Carole was with me every step of the way, explaining things as needed and was at the closing with me as well. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and is still here with me to make sure things are going well. We found my home the first day we went out looking. I recommend her very highly. I just want to say, Carole is amazing. I am a first time home buyer, and she made the process so easy. When things weren't fixed she addressed it. When I didn't understand something, she explained. When the purchase price dropped, she was on it right away, no matter the time of day. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND, CD Real Estate Group. Carole is the BEST. I closed on my HOME November 30, 2023. From the first moment we spoke on the phone, my husband and I said," that's our realtor. At an instant, we felt comfortable and safe with Ms. Carole. She made us feel that she was truly there to serve us. And she did just that, in less than an hour of speaking with her, she'd already found our first viewing. From beginning to end, she was always prompt in every aspect of our home buying process. She was always available to us to answer any questions or concerns that we may have had, no matter the time of day or night. As this was our first time purchasing a home, she went above and beyond her role as our realtor. She was like our lawyer as well, she made sure we weren't being blindsided or tricked into anything and that everything was accurate and legit. She helped us to understand everything, and she even encouraged us to hang in there when we reach moments of feeling frustrated or discouraged in this process. If anyone is looking for real realtor, I highly recommend Ms. Carole. She is one of a kind. My husband and I have decided that she is it. She is our realtor for life.
