        They don't read the address on mail. They just put mail in wherever they want to. My son package was put in the wrong mail box.

        3 times Ive had to drive to the post office for a package that was supposed to be delivered to my apartment. The reason gave is no secure location to place package but thats been a lie all 3 times. My particular delivery guy just doesnt like doing his job apparently. If you can use UPS or FedEx, save yourself the headache.

        Their AI receptionist is somehow even worse than the Amtrak and pharmacy AI receptionists. It wont transfer you to a human operator which means it can only answer pre-programmed questions. It also takes long pauses in between topics and rambles on about COVID testing info even when the info is not requested, making calls unnecessarily long. The humans working there are consistently helpful, but the phone number that gets you through to a human is listed under the wrong address.

        The woman at the desk was extremely rude to me. I went there to apply for my passport. As I approached the desk I greeted her, and was promptly ignored as she turned away from me to talk to her coworker. Once she finally finished her conversation, I told her that I was wanting to apply for my passport. She asked me if I had an application; and since I dont get a passport everyday, I told her no. She looked at me like I was extremely stupid and condescendingly told me that she cant do anything for me until I get one. Didnt even offer me an application. I was already fed up with this interaction and decided that I would come back another day when she hopefully wont be there. The other reviews indicate that this is an ongoing problem, and hopefully they can either teach her some customer service or hire someone else because she was extremely disrespectful.
