Judkins acted like I was wasting his time. He talked to me as tho I had no clue of what I was talking about and the only reason I was in pain was because I am a senior. He dismissed 90% of what I said and laughed at my questions. I do not trust him to do anything to my back. I left his office in severe depression

Dr.Judkins after 2 years of seeing him just decided one day because I was late for an appt by 15 minutes moved me to his nurse practitioner .I had never met her and she was unfamiliar with my condition .She was condescending and less than interested in me .Drug screened me and said I had nothing in my system not even my non controlled medications I challenged her regarding the lab it was sent to .And she and he terminated me as a pt after two years of being a pt .But while he was branching out on his own away from Conway regional he no problem seeing me .They continue to send me a bill charging at a rate for seeing an M.D which I did not !Do not recommend thus clinic they just want to do procedures because thats where the money is at !

I needed to reschedule because I was in such pain that I couldnt get out of bed and they told me I would have to pay a $25 rescheduling fee! I wasnt just rescheduling because it wasnt convenient I was in severe pain! Unbelievable!

Not only did Dr junkens not help alleviate my neck pain but his office assistants dont know how to properly bill insurance therefore I keep getting billed for my entire visit when I should have zero out of pocket pay.

Dr Judkins has taken care of my wife for a couple of years ,she has an unusual condition that he took the time to become familiar with !He listens to her and takes his time !!His office staff is phenomenal with communication and we have never waited for him more than 15 minutes !
