I called from a providers office on a mutual patient. Never spoke to person just put on hold waiting for the front desk to pick up. So far its been 15 minutes waiting. There should be an option available if calling from another providers office.

Unfortunately, I inherited the "everything's degenerative" trait from my Dad's side of the family and turning 40 was no treat. Absolute truth, the very next day after my 40th, I had excruciating pain in both shoulders and in my right hip. Not a day of grace went by from then on~ I knew I'd be paying for my playing, with lots of Orthopaedic surgeons in my future.
I had my first visit to UAMS Baptist Health Orthopaedic Clinic in Conway on January 2, 2022. Prior to that, I had been getting physical therapy on my shoulders for almost a year and the therapist told me it wasn't doing any good, referring me to UAMS Baptist there in Conway. Guys, I cannot tell you how thankful I am for that referral. They have been the BIGGEST BLESSING!!!
My shoulder care, in the hands of Dr. Justin Rabinowitz,
began that first week of January 2022, and is still ongoing. Dr. Rabinowitz told me I had severe arthritis and at the age of 48, that was rare. Nothing life-threatening by no means, but I imagined this wasn't gonna be a fun road trip! Without rushing into surgery, he paced my progression and/or regression throughout the year, and eventually decided surgery was inevitable.
I elected to get the process started with my right shoulder and had surgery on it January 3rd of this year. It is a night(mare) and brand new day difference!!!!! I cannot wait to have my left one done~the relief I have was sooooo worth the pain of recovery! Dr. Justin Rabinowitz is an absolute God send. He is patient, kind, engaging, responsive and attentive to what the patient needs. The last thing I wanted to do was have Ortho surgery of annnnnny kind... thank the Lord I did!
Left shoulder up next...then on to the hip with Dr. Larry O'Malley!
Between him, Dr. Rabinowitz and Dr. Kathryn Nance, I couldn't be in better hands, not having one bad experience there. Their ENTIRE team and staff are amazing, from the front desk to back offices. Thank you so so much!!!

I went to this clinic I moved from Branson, Missouri. I brought my records with me because I had a shoulder replacement in June. And I needed a orthopedic doctor to check my shoulder at the year mark. THIS CLINIC LOST MY RECORDS!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A DR'S OFFICE AND THEY LOSE YOUR RECORDS. AND DR. O'MALLEY IS RUDE. I HAVE EDS. AND APPARENTLY HE'S NOT VERY FAMILIAR WITH MY DISEASE!! No change at this clinic. Dr. Ahmadi doesn't care about your pain. Do yourself a favor and go see an orthopedic thats with Conway Regional!!!

Fantastic place. I’ve been here to see multiple different surgeons. Some visits I am able to get in very quickly, other times a little wait (but these are surgeons and they have incredibly busy schedules.) They are all so kind, get xrays very quickly, they are all just pleasant people. I can tell they truly care and want to help me.
