Wouldn't recommend calling this place for any type of an issue you need to have addressed ever! I called about two hours before closing time and waited 8 minutes on hold just to get disconnected. I called back and no answer this time what so ever. I'm currently sitting here in the phone with them now on hold. If they answer before I'm finished typing this out I'll delete it but at this point I don't expect that at all.

Let me start by saying this: DR. TODD IS AMAZING!!! He has the biggest HEART of anyone Ive ever met. I love him and Courtney his tech. Shes also great too!!! But THAT IS IT!!! Other than that I would have went elsewhere bc those ladies up front are something else. Staci is ok but other than that yall are on your own. They have been nice but I can see where the guy said he felt a little put off. So let me say this if you want an eye doctor w a heart then look no further than DR. TODD but if you are looking for organization then please spare yourself the chaos and make sure its documented in your chart so when your order is wrong they can refer to the chart. Anyhow again use DR. TODD and then make sure to follow up before they ever order bc chances are its going to be wrong and youll be waiting forever for a mixed up order :-/ like we did.

The staff making appointments is kind... the dr is kind... so are the people helping pick out and adjust glasses. I've finally found someone I can count on.
