Dr. Tobey is personable, patient and very accomplished in her practice. As an elder patient, she has helped me with many varied questions and concerns. I highly recommend her and her staff.

I really loved Dr. Tobey and seeing her throughout my prenatal care. She is caring, kind, and always offered alternatives without pressuring you to do anything you don't want to. She has a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. Most importantly, she delivered my healthy baby girl. It was always easy to make an appointment with the office and I was never kept waiting to see the nurse or doctor.

Words cannot describe how amazing Dr. Tobey is. The first time we met was our first ultrasound of our second child and unfortunately there was no heartbeat. I cannot express how devastated we were and Dr. Tobey gave us space and time before she explained our options. We ended up going the D&C route and Dr. Tobey fought hard for us to be able to keep the remains. After the surgery she gave us a pretty pink box with a stuffed animal and tiny hat in it along with the remains of our child. She has given our little family so much peace and love during an incredibly hard time and we cannot thank her enough. She called us on the evening after our surgery while she was pulling up to her house just to check on us and make sure we were doing okay. We love and thank you Dr. Tobey for showing us compassion. She is hands down the BEST doctor in Conway.
