Just got hung up on when I asked why they weren't open to answer calls at 8am??? Rudest and most unprofessional staff ever. Edit: now they won't answer the phone ten minutes later

Do not- I repeat- DO NOT GO HERE. I wouldn't trust the idiotic office staff here to make my order at McDonald's not to mention run the clerical system for a healthcare facility. Over the past year, this is what I've dealt with: 1) They're NEVER open on time. I sure wish I could sit down and start answering the phone at MY job over 20 minutes after the business is scheduled to open. It's currently 8:20 and as per usual the voicemail says their office is currently closed, even though it says their hours start at ***8AM*** 2) I'm an asthmatic who was 9 months pregnant in 110 degree heat and harassed about wearing a mask. I've always been more than happy to wear one, but when it truly makes it difficult to breathe, no thank you. 3) After I declined MULTIPLE TIMES, the 90 year old lady at the front desk proceeded to turn around and talk VERY LOUDLY about how difficult it was when people are "intentionally argumentative" about mask policies, for myself and everyone in the lobby to hear. 4) They've cancelled my family's appointments multiple times with no warning when they know it's very difficult for us to get time off. 5) My medication takes several DAYS to order and it necessary for me to function comfortably. Aside from scheduling me on the very day I'm due to run out (and on a Friday before they're not going to be open for two days), they didn't record my new phone number, so I missed my appointment and I've been out of medication for days. I absolutely refused to take my daughter there when she was born and found a different practice, thank god. At this point I'll be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau and as many review sites as I can to warn people to stay away from this awful place.
