Great place very caring staff. I highly recommend. I left a poor review and it was for the ER at the hospital. I made a mistake and posted it on the office. The off was great just a very poor experience the night before the office visit. They have always been good about getting me in at the last minute.

Ashley Shuffield Glover is a disappointment who wasted time, effort and money that I could've spent with a doctor who is actually useful and good at their job.
At every single appointment I had with her, even when it was an emergency appointment, she made me wait 1.5 to 2 hours in the patient exam room. Had I made her wait even 10 minutes past my appointment time, I would've been charged.
I suffer with severe daily pain and asked for a referral to a pain specialist because Ashley doesn't prescribe anything helpful to anyone with severe pain aka anything stronger than Tylenol which is completely useless as it's OTC and most people with chronic pain have exhausted all easily accessible efforts like OTC meds.
Ashley sent me a referral to a random clinic, without checking if they even treat my issues. I played phone tag with both the family clinic and the pain clinic for over THREE weeks (because they both have to be reminded to do their own jobs when it comes to making referrals and setting up appointments from said referrals), before they finally told me that they don't treat my specific types of pain. Ashley should've just made sure the clinic would treat my issues before sending me there! That is part of her job and responsibility as a physician.
On top of the constant excruciating pain, I have anxiety.
One day, after being in the emergency room for hours, I came home and ONCE AGAIN asked for a referral to a pain specialist AND a psychiatrist over MyChart (since the front desk will always inaccurately inform you that you need to make an appointment to ask for a referral, which is NOT correct).
Ashleys nurse Belinda told me that if my anxiety and pain were so bad that I should just go to the emergency room, after I HAD ALREADY GONE EARLIER THAT DAY.
Both Ashley and her nurse(s) were and are able to view this ER and any other type of visit on MyChart since they have literally read it off to me before and they're able to view any of their patients visits, results and records.
It's absolutely infuriating that Belinda thought I needed to resort to just waiting it out in the ER, instead of getting Ashley to send me to a specialist who can help me manage my pain in a less harmful and more substantial way, or to someone who can help me just diagnose what the underlying issue is (e.g.: endocrinologist).
Ashley prescribed me gabapentin for nerve pain and was floundering and scrambling to explain when I asked her how it works, how I'm supposed to take it every day and when to eventually raise my dose. She couldn't even do the bare minimum of explaining a medication to a patient.
