My husband had an appointment here, but was having some car trouble so he knew he was going to be running at least 15 minutes late. He has been waiting for this appointment for months and it is a very important one. (He has having growths in his ears and they could be cancerous.) He called the receptionist and told her what was going on and she saidthats okay sir we will work you in. He asked her again making it very clear that he lived an hour away and he would be at least 15 mins late and she said it will be ok, just come on and we will work you in. When he arrived he was 17 minutes late because of traffic and the same lady that spoke to him on the phone said Im sorry sir you are too late there is no way we can fit you in. As anyone would be he was a little upset and said no you said it would be okay if I was a little late, so I will stay and wait for you to get me in I just drove an hour and this is a very important appointment. He sat down to wait and that receptionist called the cops on my husband!!!!! I just cant believe this place. This is how you treat your patients?? Your veterans? We will NEVER be back and I will tell everyone I can about our experience, so hopefully they will never have to go through anything like this.

Well he tested my ears and then looked in my nose and said I had a deviated septum been sent me a bill for $4,000 something dollars of which $975 was not covered after my $35 deductible I'm guessing he has a really nice house and a really nice car

Only one star rating takes to long to get in to see a doctor takes like 3 month that sucks

I have always had a positive experience with Dr. Kirsch. He listens to all concerns and always calls promptly with test results. Even though I sometimes have to wait for my appointment I dont mind because when Im in the exam room he takes his time during the appointment to listen to all of my concerns, walk through any appropriate next steps, and gives me clear and concise direction on medications and treatment plans. I never feel pressured to make immediate decisions on surgical options and he exhausts all other options before jumping right into surgery. He empowers me to make the best decisions for my health with his excellent communication and explanation. The front-of-office staff is always kind and communicates in a clear and friendly manner.

Dr Fraley and his staff are outstanding. They spent extra time during all my visits to make sure I knew what to expect and also future tests that need to be done. They worked with my insurance to make sure everything is covered. I am very happy to have Dr Fraley and his staff as my medical providers.
