The first "non smoking" room reeked of cigarette smoke bad!!! We let the desk clerk know and he kindly switched rooms for us but charged us $5 more because they didnt have another single queen bed. The second room smelled better however the mattress was very lumpy looking and had large dips in it. The fitted sheet was dirty, it looked like it had body oil or greese on it and looked very dingy! This Inn looks primarily to be a place where out of town workers stay. We were only a few hours from home and just looking for a clean budget place to rest since we just needed a few hours to sleep and get back on the road rested. We didnt expect 5 stars but we did expect clean comfortable accommodations. However even though we were not happy with the rooms the young guy at the desk was very polite and professional, we ended up cancelling and he was very apologetic and nice about it.
I would have given it only one star but gave two because the clerk was so nice.
