Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Conway, AR

The staff were wondering. After driving 13 hours we arrived a few hours before checkin time. They worked as fast as they could to get me to my room as quickly as possible. Thank y'all so much! The breakfast included with the stay was top notice. The best breakfast I've had at a hotel in years. Not just cook yourself waffles or cold cereal. It included eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, etc. Rooms: The room was spacious and had every modern convention I needed. The halls and lobby were always quiet.

This is a nice hotel. The beds were very comfortable and we had a nice stay. The rooms do have a fridge and microwave, but you have to get on the floor to use them. It's a strange location for a microwave. We chose this hotel over others, even though it was more expensive, because of listings stating there was a hot tub and photos of the breakfast buffet showing hot breakfast choices that were more than the usual hotel scrambled eggs and sausage. Unfortunately, those are a thing of the past. They do have a small pool, but the hot tub is gone and the breakfast is the usual fare. The front desk was very nice and offered to cancel our reservation even though it was late if we wanted to book with a hotel that had a hot tub. They are working to remove that as an amenity from listings. We called around, but ended up staying anyway. Next time I would book a less expensive place. Walkability: There is lots of shopping nearby, but it is a very busy, high traffic area.
