RuffHouse Refurbished is an absolute joke . Im not sure how theyre in business and have a community (fitness gym) fooled . We attempted to purchase equipment (paid in full) and immediately went south from there . Poor communication (actual one at all) if we werent reaching out , they would have never reached back to us . After 5 wks we had to contact our bank and fortunately they were able to credit back our funds . I seriously hope the bank was able to retrieve the funds back from these unprofessional people that supposedly conduct business .

Absolutely love this gym! I have tried several gyms in town and hands Ruff House is the best! They have machines I have never used before that really enhance your lifting experience! Super helpful staff.. wouldnt want to spend my mornings anywhere else

If you have a PASSION for lifting and sculpting your body, this gym is PERFECT. What a truly lovely place for bodybuilding. They have equipment that I love, and havent seen or been able to find in years!! The people there are also very nice. I live in Little Rock so its a bit of a drive, but if youre like me, and you are excited for this kind of thing, it is so worth the drive!! Thank you so much Tyler I appreciate you and your lovely gym.

RuffHouse Fitness is a great gym, very clean, and they have tons of different machines and equipment to choose from. Membership rates are also very affordable compared to their competitors. My big complaint though is the music. It is very loud and not everyones taste. The loudness and booming of the speakers can be very distracting and overwhelming for those that may be neurodivergent or get easily overstimulated. This is something Id like to address with the management as this alone may push me to seek a different gym I came in here on New Years Day and the music was so loud I struggled to have a conversation/hear my workout partner even at the opposite end of the gym from where the speakers are. This may be something the owner/management may want to consider/keep in mind if they plan to have a variety of clientele at their gym. EDIT: I wanted to make an edit to my previous review to say that I addresses the music concerns with the staff/management of the gym and they have been extremely receptive to feedback. It sounds like they have plans to get some better sounding speakers and be more consistent with the volume and types of music so that the gym is welcoming to all! I have changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars.
