My experience was very friendly. The staff, one in particular, Myssy Hartley, went out of her way to assist me in the choosing of my new appliance. She knew her inventory very well. I told her exactly what I was looking for, and she matched me exactly with the product I was seeking. I did this transaction over the phone. She never tried to put me off or sell me something I was not interested in or get frustrated with my request. I drove all the way from Texas, because this was the only place I was able to locate the unit I was looking for. I tried to find something closer or a better product, but Myssy made sure I got what I had asked for. It was worth the drive to meet with Myssy and the washing machine has delivered all that I had required. I now have had the machine almost two months and Myssy had given the correct information about the water and electrical usage. My bills have barely gone up, just by a few dollars, and this is important in the economy of today. I suggest anyone looking for a new appliance or furniture try Kordsmeier Furniture and Appliance, in Conway, Arkansas. It is worth the drive because of the friendly and helpful salespersons and their extensive knowledge of their inventory and any background information necessary.
