I have been Jazzercising consistently for 2.5 years now, and never before have I been this consistent with exercise. The Conway studio is a supportive, judgement-free environment. I love that I dance alongside women of all ages, from people in their 20s to ladies in their 70s, and I admire how the instructors are able to show low and high impact options so everyone can have their best workout. When I Jazzercise I feel sohappy. And sweaty. Its the best combination!

Working out at Conway Jazzercise is like dancing with my friends. The tough work-out is a bonus. I sometimes regret times I have to miss class, but I never regret going.

I have been a member of Jazzercise for 25 years. I have been dancing since the age of three and have taught dance for 23 years. Jazzercise is the quintessential dance exercise program of this century! The variety of music and moves keeps this program fun and current regardless of your age and ability! And, I love that there is strength and resistance training in every class. Come join us!

If you struggle to workout by yourself and you do better in a group setting you should really try Jazzercise! There is such a variety of classes and they are so fun you don't even realize your are working out! It is like a big dance party! Not only do you get a great workout but it is an awesome community of women! The support and excitement the instructors give during each workout is amazing! I am so glad I rejoined I did not realize how much I had missed it! Come Check it Out you will not regret it. :)

I love Jazzercise Conway! It is not only a great workout but also SO much fun!! The instructors all all so great and lead us in such awesome workouts, combining strength and cardio.
Im 62 years old and Jazzercise is keeping me YOUNG!!
